Write for The SEO Doctors
We accept high-quality guest contributions from SEO professionals, digital marketers, and industry practitioners. If you’ve got practitioner-level knowledge and you want an audience of business owners and SEOs, read on.
What We’re Looking For
We publish practical, experience-backed content for an audience of small business owners, local service providers, and in-house SEO teams. Our readers are smart — they’ve seen the generic “10 tips” posts. We want content that goes deeper.
✅ We Accept
- ✓ In-depth SEO guides (2,000+ words)
- ✓ Industry-specific SEO case studies
- ✓ Technical SEO tutorials with screenshots
- ✓ Local SEO strategy breakdowns
- ✓ Data-backed analysis of algorithm changes
- ✓ Content strategy & topical authority guides
- ✓ Tool reviews with real usage examples
❌ We Don’t Accept
- ✗ AI-generated or spun content
- ✗ Promotional or advertorial articles
- ✗ Previously published content (anywhere)
- ✗ Content promoting black-hat SEO tactics
- ✗ Articles under 1,500 words
- ✗ Irrelevant niches (crypto, gambling, pharma)
- ✗ Articles with more than 2 external links
Submission Guidelines
- → Minimum 1,500 words. We prefer 2,000–3,000 for comprehensive topics.
- → Include a clear H1, H2/H3 structure, and a natural introduction.
- → Provide original screenshots, data, or examples — not stock imagery.
- → One do-follow link back to your site is allowed if it’s genuinely relevant.
- → Submit a Google Doc (view access) — not Word attachments.
- → Include a 2–3 sentence author bio with your name and role.
- → We review submissions within 5–7 business days.
- → We reserve the right to edit for SEO, clarity, and style — we’ll always consult you before major changes.
Submit Your Pitch
Send us a brief pitch (not the full article) so we can assess fit before you invest the time writing. A pitch should be 2–4 sentences explaining the topic, the angle, and the specific value it provides to our readers.
